ActivMedia Robotics LaserPlans tm revolutionizes building measurement by cutting time sixty-fold and increasing precision dramatically over measurements by hand! Takes thousands of measurements per room to show its shape, interior wall thicknesses and position in the floor plan, not just the distance between a few pairs of walls.

 Similar to surveying equipment, LaserPlans tm data collector can reproduce the actual shape of a room, even if it's curved! It scans 360 points over a 180 degree sweep simultaneously, so it measures at a rate of 1,000 sq. ft. per minute or better with resolution up to 0.04 inch and Composite Plan Accuracy of only +/-1 sq. in. error per floor. Maximum range is 100 feet from the device to the nearest wall, but  LaserPlanstm can measure buildings of any size.

LaserPlanstm measures an entire building floor in a single pass -- no messy piecing together of different rooms.  LaserPlanstm Extension -- measures at standard architectural height, above countertops, and including windows. Drawings are so detailed, you can even see window mullions and woodwork!

LaserPlanstm software determines the layout of the building and displays it on your computer screen. Then it allows you to label, edit, dimension, print and store the LaserPlanstm in a database for quick recall. Or export it as a .dxf file for use in CAD software such as AutoDesk. The plans will automatically scale to size.

Or use both formats, referring to the comprehensive dimensioned LaserPlanstm in order to complete the CAD drawing. You'll find the number of trips you need to make to the site is cut dramatically.
