The Gyroscope Correction System
is for those troubled by odometry error due to variation in terrain, turn slippage or related problems. Our new Integrated Gyroscope Correction System overcomes much of the motor encoder error in your robots by comparing the actual radial motion with encoder readings.  Highly resistant to noise and distortion. Rate gyro data is also available through ARIA to use in your own navigation routines.  This system connects directly to the microcontroller, so no embedded computer is needed.
Pioneer 2 DXe with Laser and Inertial Correction System
With or without our new Laser Mapping & Navigation System , the Gyroscope Correction System significantly reduces dead reckoning error. The Gyroscope Correction System may be added to nearly any ActivMedia robot. Okay for export outside the US.
